What the call-up letter is for

The call-up letter is the document that tells you which state you have been deployed to and which orientation camp to report to, along with your call-up number and reporting details. You must present a printed copy at the camp gate, so it is not something to leave until the last minute. It is separate from the posting letter, which comes later and shows your Place of Primary Assignment.

Before you print

The print option becomes available once your call-up number has been generated for your batch. If it is not showing, the most likely reason is simply that your batch’s numbers are not out yet. Confirm your registration and payment are complete, then check back; there is no legitimate way, and no need, to pay someone to unlock it.

Printing it properly

Open the PDF from your dashboard and print at least two copies. Colour printing is generally recommended and is often required during camp registration, so use a colour printer if you can. Keep one copy for the gate and one as a spare, and store a digital version on your phone, in your email or on a USB drive. If you hit a problem
