Contact SabiGuide
Reach the SabiGuide team by email for corrections, questions, press and partnerships — and read our one non-negotiable safety rule before you write.
How to reach us
The best way to contact SabiGuide is by email: [email protected]. A small editorial team reads this inbox, so a clear, specific message helps us help you faster. We are an independent publisher, not a government agency, and we have no call centre or walk-in office — email is the reliable way to reach us. Please keep that in mind when you write (see what we can and cannot do below).
What to include in your message
To get a useful reply, please tell us:
- The exact guide or page you are writing about (a link or the page title is ideal)
- What you noticed — an error, an out-of-date fee, a broken link, or a step that has changed
- Where you saw the correct information, if you have it (for example, a notice on the official portal)
- Your question, stated as plainly as you can
Never include sensitive personal data in your email. We do not need — and will never ask for — your BVN, NIN, OTP, passwords, card PIN, full account number or scans of your ID to answer a question.
What to expect
We are a small team, so replies are not instant, but we aim to read every genuine message and respond to reasonable enquiries as soon as we can. Correction reports are prioritised: we check them against the official source and, if confirmed, update the guide and its date. Because email volume varies, we cannot promise a fixed turnaround, and not every message can receive an individual reply — but every correction report is read and reviewed.
What we can — and cannot — do
We are happy to clarify a guide, fix an error, or point you to the right official portal. We cannot:
- Check, retrieve or “activate” your NIN, BVN, JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NYSC or passport records
- Process, track, expedite or “fast-track” any application on your behalf
- Sell examination PINs, registration slots or any official document
- Act as an agent, intermediary or representative for any government body or bank
For anything that touches your actual records or application, you must use the official portal or the agency’s own official support channels.
Press and partnerships
For press enquiries, editorial partnerships or advertising questions, email [email protected] with “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line and a short description of what you have in mind. Advertising is always kept separate from our editorial work; partners cannot influence, edit or pre-approve our guides.
A word on staying safe
Please read this carefully. No genuine agency, bank or examination body will ever ask you for your OTP, password or card PIN — by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp — and neither will SabiGuide. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from SabiGuide and asks for money, your BVN, your NIN, an OTP or your bank details, it is a scam: do not respond, and please report it to us at [email protected] so we can warn other readers. To learn more about how we work, see our About page and how we verify our guides. Nothing on this site is legal or financial advice.
