How to Print Your JAMB Result Slip

The official result slip with your photo is what schools accept for screening; here is how to print it yourself from eFacility.

Step by step

1. Open the eFacility portalIn a browser go to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng, the only official site for printing your slip.
2. Log in to your profileSign in with the email address and password you used at registration. Use the Forgot Password link if you cannot remember your password.
3. Select Print Result SlipOn your dashboard, click Print Result Slip (the original UTME result slip option) and confirm the exam year is correct.
4. Pay the printing feeContinue to payment and pay the fee, around N1,500 (confirm the current amount), using a debit card, USSD or bank transfer through the portal's payment options.
5. Download and printOnce payment clears, download the PDF and print it in colour on A4 paper. Save a digital copy too, in case you need extra prints later.

Why the printed slip matters

A result you see by SMS or on screen is only a notification. When you attend Post-UTME screening or complete admission formalities, the institution wants the official JAMB result slip, the one that carries your photograph, your subject scores and your total aggregate in JAMB’s own layout. That document is generated only from the eFacility portal, and printing it is a step almost every candidate needs, so it is worth doing early rather than under deadline pressure.

Printing the slip is an online task tied to your JAMB profile, so you sign in with the email address and password you used at registration, not with your phone line. You also need a way to pay the printing fee, which is commonly around N1,500, though you should confirm the current amount on the portal because fees change between years. The portal accepts debit card, USSD and bank transfer options. Finally you need a way to print in colour on A4 paper, whether that is your own printer or a business centre.

The difference between checking and printing

It is easy to confuse the two tasks. Checking your JAMB result is the quick, low-cost look at your scores by SMS or on your dashboard. Printing the slip is a separate, paid step that produces the formal document schools accept. You normally do them in order: confirm your scores first, then print the slip once you know your result is out and correct.

Doing it safely

Result season brings a wave of copycat websites and “we will print it for you” offers. Some are simply overpriced; others exist to harvest your JAMB login. The rule is simple: only ever enter your email and password on efacility.jamb.gov.ng. After you print
